This meeting preferably will take place at our headquarters in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, at the venue booked itself or at the place of your choice. In addition to this, zoom meetings are always welcomed should you feel more comfortable this way. In this meeting, critical information regarding the date of the event, number of attendees, preferred theme, style, schedule, entertainment, along with many important details are discussed.
The importance of this meeting lies in enabling “La Table” Events team to properly guide you to achieve your desired outcome. With our expertise and experience in event management, our team will grant you excellence while optimizing your budget and resources. Afterwards, a detailed proposal will be drafted regarding the agreements done in the meeting. This proposal will cover the mood boards, service description, suggested budget plan, and event’s scheme. The budget plan is categorized into the following main elements which are as follow “Design, Structural and carpentry works, styling, Furniture and lighting, Sound and audio-visual requirements, Entertainment, Catering, Photography and videography”
