For your event, a dedicated manager will be assigned to follow up on logistics and resolve any problem that might come up. This is important because our goal is your peace of mind during your event.
The logistics depend on the type of the event as well as the venue where it is taking place. If your wedding is happening at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Abu Dhabi, then we must address the materials, suppliers, trucks, and labors. In addition, permits must be issued to allow the smooth entrance of workers to the venue. The work timings and permits are done in a chorological order that allows each supplier enough installation time. Some events might take place on islands such as Zaya Nurai Island, which require additional logistics such as a boat or a barge to transport guests, materials and other goods.
